Ignat was such a great host super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The place was comfortable, clean, and dog friendly, which made things so much easier for us. Staying in North Park felt like home again since I used to live here, and it was awesome being back in such a fun, walkable neighborhood with plenty of food, drinks, and things to do. We felt really welcome and well taken care of, and I’d definitely stay again when back in town.

Comfortable and spacious tri-level home. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy San Diego together and Ignat stayed in touch often checking to ensure we were comfortable. This location was about 20-30 minutes to everything we planned during our visit which was important when booking this home. We enjoyed the workout facilities and didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool but it was nice to have that option. Love the amount of board games and card games made available for our use. The community where the home is located is situated just off the 905 freeway in a quiet neighborhood which added an extra bonus for us. We enjoyed our stay and would consider Ignat’s hime again for future visits to San Diego.

By far thee best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in a while! The place itself is beautiful, clean, spacious and so comfortable. The location is also perfect, in a good area, we felt safe and comfortable. It was 20 minutes away from the beach and was so close to so many nice restaurants/coffee shops. Def recommend walking around there. It’s like a 10 minute drive, or even less, from Little Italy as well. Ignat is a Superhost for sure, very responsive and super nice/awesome. We ended up booking an extra night from how much we loved/enjoyed the place. I will definitely book again! And I highly recommend this place rather than any other spot in San Diego honestly.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described and super pet-friendly. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was very responsive throughout. There weren’t a ton of checkout tasks, just the basics like taking out the trash and setting aside towels, which made things easy. The only small issue was the garage door remote; it was a bit tricky to use, possibly due to low batteries or needing to be pointed just right. Also, heads up: don’t stand too close when opening it, as it swings out pretty far. Overall, a great experience!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants/attractions, yet quiet enough to relax. The host was outstanding—very responsive, welcoming, and made check-in/check-out super easy. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

It was our first time in San Diego and this was the perfect location! It was nestled 15-20 minutes away from all the main attractions we wanted to see. The garage spot gave me peace of mind with my rental car, and the neighborhood felt safe! We walked to a nearby brewery one evening for dinner and had a blast. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this spot!

We were at Ignats place over a month and enjoyed it. Just a really functional, clean, up to date place. The neighborhood is top notch; the town is the best. Ignat is extremely responsive.

The place is a compact 2b2b apartment and perfect for a little family getaway. The place has everything you would need - beddings, pots, coffee machines, utensils, etc. The parking is in a safe gated garage and comes with a charging pole. Will surely stay again!

This home and location is as advertised. Beautiful with 3 different levels. Very spacious with all of the amenities you would ever need. Great place to stay and we look foward to staying here again in the near future. We give it a 10 out of 10.
