Ficamos no ap entre 30/12/25 a 04/01/26, o atendimento do anfitrião desde o início da reserva foi excepcional, apartamento lindo e confortável, tudo muito limpo, estava tudo perfeito, os detalhes fizeram a diferença, nos deixou café, itens para limpeza, lavagem de roupas, etc, tem todos os utensílios domésticos para cozinhar, tudo de qualidade, camas muito confortáveis, roupas de cama e toalhas cheirosas, isso fez bastante diferença, televisão na sala e nos quartos. A localização estratégica, acaba ficando relativamente perto de tudo, tem garagem, no meu caso aluguei um carro e tudo muito seguro. Simplesmente adoramos. Ao anfitrião muito obrigado por proporcionar essa excelente experiência a mim e minha família. Abraços. Achei tudo excelente, excedendo minhas expectativas.

Ignat’s Airbnb is just perfect. It has a beautiful ocean view and the inside is so cozy and well decorated. Ignat was very responsive if ever in need arose. We loved our stay here.

Great place to stay with a city view from the balcony. Clean, spacious and modern furnishings. Building is new and parking garage with an elevator was a plus. Some freeway noise but not a disturbance. Quiet building for such thin walls and floor. People staying there are quiet. You will feel at home.

We loved our stay in this charming apartment. It was easy to find and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was very clean and had extra amenities, especially for our baby. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host and lovely decor. We would definitely consider staying here again and felt the price was very reasonable for San Diego.

Ignat was a wonderful host! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the place and the surrounding areas. Home was clean and walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. We would be happy to stay again when we’re in town! Thank you Ignat!

Ignat was such a great host super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The place was comfortable, clean, and dog friendly, which made things so much easier for us. Staying in North Park felt like home again since I used to live here, and it was awesome being back in such a fun, walkable neighborhood with plenty of food, drinks, and things to do. We felt really welcome and well taken care of, and I’d definitely stay again when back in town.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described and super pet-friendly. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was very responsive throughout. There weren’t a ton of checkout tasks, just the basics like taking out the trash and setting aside towels, which made things easy. The only small issue was the garage door remote; it was a bit tricky to use, possibly due to low batteries or needing to be pointed just right. Also, heads up: don’t stand too close when opening it, as it swings out pretty far. Overall, a great experience!

We were at Ignats place over a month and enjoyed it. Just a really functional, clean, up to date place. The neighborhood is top notch; the town is the best. Ignat is extremely responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ignat’s place. Great location and easy to access anything you need - cvs, Ralph’s, local shops and restaurants. Ignat was super helpful, extremely responsive and professional! The unit has everything to make you feel at home!
