This was such a great property with a great location and great amenities ! Ignat was very quick to respond with any questions we had ,there was always great communication , and we give this a 5+ star rating ! We can’t wait to come back !

This home and location is as advertised. Beautiful with 3 different levels. Very spacious with all of the amenities you would ever need. Great place to stay and we look foward to staying here again in the near future. We give it a 10 out of 10.

This stay was absolutely perfect for our vacation! The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still quiet and relaxing. Parking was a breeze, which made coming and going super convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well Our host was outstanding: responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. We especially appreciated the detailed arrival information and local restaurant recommendations We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and hassle-free getaway!

My stay at Ignat’s property was highly satisfactory, and he demonstrated the qualities of a Super Host. The Airbnb met all expectations as advertised—modern, spacious, and immaculate. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions provided for Wi-Fi, building entry, and parking garage access. The residence offered a welcoming, home-like atmosphere that provided both quiet evenings and privacy. Its location is convenient to shopping and dining, allowing guests to fully experience the neighborhood either on foot or via accessible public transportation, including bus service. Additionally, ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available for easy access to and from the property.

Loved staying here! The apartment was charming, super clean, just as advertised, and the one breakfast recommendation they made (Cafe Madeleine) was so excellent, we went there all three days of our trip! Ignat checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed and answered questions very quickly. I felt very welcomed! Sheets were extra soft. Loved the place and will stay here again on our next trip to SD!

I enjoyed my stay at this boho-chic apartment! Check in was super easy, the space was very clean, everything you could possibly need was in the unit!The location was not too far from any of the local attractions! Ignat is an amazing host, made this a very comfortable stay. I would definitely book again!

Ignat was a good host. He was responsive and very proactive from booking. He was very detailed with directions, instructions and suggestions. The apartment was very comfortable and cozy. Everything we needed was available and very convenient. There was designated parking, washer and dryer and a coffee machine. He also provided coffee, cream and sugar, if needed. We would definitely love to stay there again.

We loved this placed, it was just as described. Spotless clean, Ignat was very kind and helpful. Always responsive and recommended local places to eat. We will definitely be staying there next time in SD.
